Corporate Receptionist Services Coordinator –
Wright-Patt Credit Union
. The Corporate Receptionist is responsible for projecting a welcoming and professional image at the corporate receptionist desk and handling various clerical support responsibilities.
Location: 3560 Pentagon Blvd, Beavercreek, Ohio.
Classification: Non‑Exempt (Hourly), Full‑Time/Regular.
- Welcomes on‑site visitors, determines the nature of their business, announces visitors to appropriate personnel, monitors visitor access and issues/returns security passes (45%).
- Supports various administrative and clerical tasks: logs, maintains, and disburses dealer funding checks; assists with corporate fundraisers; creates document folders; photocopies/faxes documents; schedules express mail pick‑ups; ensures compliance with policies, procedures, risk‑mitigation activities, and operating controls, and reports gaps to leadership (20%).
- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose, provides information, forwards calls, delivers messages, or transfers to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable (10%).
- Receives and signs for various packages/letters (5%).
- Maintains schedule, prints, and posts daily calendars for first‑floor conference rooms; prepares and maintains conference rooms and a training lab for daily use (5%).
- Maintains schedule and signs in/out company vehicles (5%).
- Issues all WPAFB base pass authorization and validation forms (5%).
- Conducts corporate building opening procedures, including stocking and prepping of all corporate break rooms, and other duties as assigned (5%).
- High school diploma or equivalent, or ten (10) years equivalent work experience.
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritize work tasks to ensure all standards are met.
- Proven experience working with the public in a professional setting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
