• Be a key partner in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor, using American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines.

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

• Competitive compensation with unlimited bonus potential. Salary: $83,200 - $104,000 per year (annualized base salary + incentive earnings, based on full-time schedule).
