Our government customers need help migrating legacy modeling, simulation and analysis (MS&A) tools, algorithms, applications and processes for missile performance analyses into a cloud‑native Digital Engineering (DE) pipeline. The primary phase involves creating, updating and refactoring model‑based systems engineering (MBSE) models and libraries representing a full end‑to‑end missile model, with models created in SysML. Elements of SysML minimally include requirements, structures and parametric characteristics.

• Scope the effort of hosting a single missile model in SysML using existing engineering data analyses with our customers’ subject matter experts.
• Create a scalable workflow for generating new missile models in SysML.
• Apply and test that scalable workflow on a single missile model.
• Constructively work with our customers to optimize the SysML model development workflow.

• 8 years of experience in systems engineering or related experience.
• Proven experience applying model‑based systems engineering to aerospace, mechanical or related engineering fields.
• Creating MBSE models via SysML or other MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, Enterprise Architect or Magic Draw.
• Having an MBSE certification and training (e.g. OMG, INCOSE).
• Ability to work with a diverse team of engineers to identify modelling requirements.
• Demonstrated conscientious and collaborative work habits to help our customers adopt MBSE for missile performance analyses.

• 5 or more years of experience applying SysML for aerospace engineering applications such as the design of rocket propulsion systems or phased array antenna sensor systems.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics or related field.

• Applicants must have an active TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) eligibility.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for most positions.
