The Scientific Analysis Operation is seeking a Systems Engineer to support our government customers’ Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) capabilities. MBSE is a rapidly growing field in the Department of Warfare (DoW) and Intelligence Communities. As a member of our engineering team, you will work alongside engineers and software developers to develop authoritative engineering models that contribute to our nation’s defense.

* Required Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or related technical field
* Experience applying Systems Engineering principles / approaches to complex problems
* Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems and systems of systems
* Experience developing and managing verification and validation (V&V) plans and procedures
* Ability to support interface management activities, ensuring clear definition, communication, and maintenance of interfaces across engineering teams
* Knowledge of MBSE methodologies and tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, Magic Draw, IBM Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect)
* Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment, including internal staff, external contractors, and government customers
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce and present technical documentation and artifacts
* Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance  
** Required Experience
*** Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Systems Engineering domain

Qualifications:

*** Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering
* Knowledge of SysML for modeling architectures and system behaviors
* Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, including Java, C++, or Python
* Knowledge of aerospace/defense systems and processes
* Knowledge of modeling and simulation (M&S) tools and practices
