As a Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I), you are responsible for working with customers to secure financing and insurance options for their vehicle purchases.

• Guide customers through the financing process
• Offer insurance products
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations

• At least 1 year of experience as a successful F&I Manager
• Proven ability to present F&I products and their value to clients
• Impeccable follow up skills
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Proficient in structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process
• Professional personal appearance and
• Extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
