Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN
OVATION Rehabilitation Services, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for a part‑time, per diem (PRN) position at our locations in Dayton, OH and Beavercreek, OH. This role offers a flexible schedule with up to seven treatment days available for you to choose from.

Qualifications- Active state license as a Physical Therapist is required.
- Ability to work independently within a facility‑based team.
