Patient Care Coordinator – Drayer Physical Therapy Institute
Join our growing organization in Beavercreek, OH as a Patient Care Coordinator. The role focuses on maintaining daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient clinic processes.
Position SummaryThe Patient Care Coordinator (PCC‑I) supports clinic growth by managing patient intake, practice operations, and contributing to a welcoming clinic environment.
Responsibilities- Collect all money due at the time of service.
- Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient payments.
- Greet patients and create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
- Manage schedule efficiently, including personal overtime.
- Handle document routing, non‑clinical documentation, and deposits.
- Monitor clinic inventory and maintain an organized front‑office workspace.
- Make welcome calls and influence arrival rate through great customer experience.
- Attend required training and complete quarterly compliance training.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, keep detailed organization, and meet deadlines.
- Works independently with minimal supervision and is a team player.
- Annual paid Charity Day.
