Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Hourly Rate: $17/hr plus shift differential

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
• Perform physical resident care including personal hygiene and grooming.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident/family needs.
• Motivate and encourage resident involvement in activities.
• Assist residents to and from activities, dining room, and other community functions.
• Lift, turn, and reposition residents as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• CPR certified;
  Nurse Aide certification a plus.
• Effective communication skills with co-workers, residents, family, and peers.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Previous experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Community is a plus.
