About The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Leader to join our senior leadership team. Reporting to the COO, you will partner with our State, Federal, and Commercial business units to drive organizational growth and foster a high‑performance culture. This role is critical in shaping HR strategy, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional employee experiences.

  • Directly supervise HR support staff
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Active member of the senior leadership team
  • Guides and manages the administration of all Human Resource services, programs, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance with HR regulatory requirements and HR best practices
  • Manages and guides overall talent management strategy, workforce planning, staffing, recruitment, hiring, training, onboarding and offboarding
  • Administers all benefits, insurance programs, training, and 401(k)
  • Review, maintain, and implement compensation program, job classification, surveying and analysis of salary data
  • Serves as resource to the management team for personnel issues, addressing planned and unexpected occurrences, point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns and conflict resolution
  • Maintain compliance and reporting, to include manage workers’ compensation, unemployment, ADA, FMLA, COBRA, OSHA, EEO-1, AAP, audits, among other requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Professional Certification(s) such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR
  • 10+ years of experience, which includes 8+ proven human resources HR generalist and leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, regulations and HR best practices
  • Possess effective interpersonal, communication, collaboration and conflict‑resolution skills with the ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with others
  • Ability to organize work, set multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
  • Demonstrate solid leadership skills while upholding integrity, ethics, professionalism, confidentiality and empathy
  • Tech‑savvy with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to ascertain facts, evaluate situations, and make decisions; strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and metrics
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in organizational change management
  • Experience in a mid‑size company environment
Compensation / Salary Range

Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full‑Time, Salary, Exempt position.
