• Directing, developing, communicating and implementing the company’s direction and strategic goals.
• Developing strategies to optimize business development and marketing internally and to clients.
• Leading cultural and operational change to drive technical innovation across business units and to external clients.
• Identifying and communicating best practices throughout the company.
• Optimizing results for customers and the company by establishing goals and objectives for execution and making operational decisions.
• Developing strategy through the implementation and execution phases.

• Masters degree in related technical field and at least 20 years of related experience.

• Graduate degree in related technical field.

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

K  may offer bonuses, commissions or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation.

Additional compensation may be in the form of sign‑on bonus, relocation benefits, short‑term incentives, long‑term incentives or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
