At Community First Solutions, our nursing team takes a resident-first approach—ensuring wellness plans are guided by each individual’s needs and goals. As a Staff Nurse RN, you’ll work side-by-side with our caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being. You’ll also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment.

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Full-Time: 36 hours per week with every other weekend rotation
