Licensed Practical Nurse in affordable senior living, providing resident-focused, mission-driven care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct nursing care aligned with residents' care plans and applicable regulations.
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Monitor and assess resident health, reporting changes to appropriate clinical staff.
- Document care and observations in the required format and timeframe.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, caregivers, and housing staff to support safety and quality of life.
- Build trusting relationships with residents and families, maintaining dignity and respect.
- Support wellness activities, respond to emergencies, and help coordinate services to promote stability and independence.
- Current LPN license
- Strong clinical judgment, medication administration, and health monitoring skills
- Accurate documentation and attention to regulatory compliance
- Effective teamwork and communication with multidisciplinary staff
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach and ability to respond calmly in emergencies
