Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store to create an appealing shopping environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing an engaging shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty
• Maintaining visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones
• Processing transactions at the register and promoting additional sales through benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assisting with planogram changes and visual merchandising
• Sharing fashion and music trend information with management and HQ
• Ensuring store security and preventing theft in collaboration with management
• Keeping the stockroom organized and the store tidy
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve store goals
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Store Leader

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience preferred; a love for music and pop culture is a plus
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds
