We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate to help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll contribute to our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in an appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customers to return. Demonstrate product knowledge, customer service skills, and enthusiasm for pop culture.
• Maintain visual standards by covering the sales floor zone and ensuring areas are well-organized.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Help keep the stockroom organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
