Pay RangeBase pay: $18.80/yr – $29.40/yr (actual pay based on skill and experience).
Your RoleAs the full‑time Associate Selling Team Leader, you are entrusted with developing and executing the store’s business strategy, leading daily operations, training and coaching the team, and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities- Act as a Leader on Duty (LOD), driving sales by maximizing fitting‑room and sales‑floor productivity and building guest loyalty with a best‑in‑class experience. Analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions.
- Motivate and inspire the team using AEO’s core values, holding them accountable to customer‑service standards.
- Recruit, hire, and develop talent to ensure optimal staffing and service quality.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching, development plans, and engagement initiatives.
- Execute and innovate daily operational procedures, maintain visual standards, and keep fitting rooms guest‑ready and brand‑compliant.
- Maintain safety, asset‑protection and all company policies, consistently acting with integrity.

- Prior retail management experience leading teams.
- Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to lead and develop teams with a foundational understanding of employment law.
