Responsibilities and Duties

Elements Massage is looking for a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional massage experience for all clients every time they enter the studio.

• Inform clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a no-hassle membership plan.
• Follow our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program.
• Be the first and last face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in person.
• Ensure client appointment paperwork and payment processes are brief, painless, and accurate.
• Work as a team with Managers and Massage Therapists to create a client-centered environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and foster customer loyalty.
• Enjoy talking, but more importantly, love listening to all clients—new, existing, and prospective.
• Turn client criticism into stories of excellent customer service.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially selling memberships or services in person.
• Experience in a spa-like or similar customer service environment is preferred, emphasizing attention, hospitality, and execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are processed with user-friendly computer programs.
• Driven to create the best work environment and deliver the best client experiences.

Studio Specific Benefits

Pay $13-14 per hour plus sales commissions!
