Automotive Sales Consultant

We are seeking an automotive Sales Consultant for our Kia of Beavercreek dealership. The role includes working with a team of dedicated and talented individuals to make an immediate impact, receive recognition for hard work, and develop a career in automotive sales.

Base pay $50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Sign‑on bonus up to $1,000.00, dependent on certifications and experience.

• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads.
• Work with internet leads to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Drive to hit sales quotas and goals.
• Driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report.

The President’s Club is an exclusive club for our most elite Sales Consultants. Eligibility is based on vehicle sales; the Salesperson must sell 200 new or used vehicles in a calendar year to be invited to the annual Awards Banquet. At the banquet, the hard‑working team members receive a recognition plaque and a check based on years with the organization. The winner also receives a company demo for one year.
