B-Security Manager; Dayton

In this role you will provide Senior Security Management Support to the B-2 Program Office within the US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. You will assist with providing directorate security operations support, multi‑disciplined security support to the customers’ facility and organization, and day‑to‑day support for collateral, SCI and SAP activities.

• Assist with preparation and coordination of security‑related briefing materials and provide technical assistance to the directorate for briefings, meetings, and conferences.
• Support recording and tracking of security program action items and suspense's.
• Prepare security‑related spreadsheets, briefings, figures, graphics, tables, forms, and documents.
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of security program documentation and briefing materials.
• Perform administrative tasks to support security functions and apply strong analytical writing skills to document program security methods and decisions.
• Assist with managing newcomer and security‑related databases.
• Assist with providing special administrative and logistical assistance for the division visitor control function.
• Maintain an active JPAS account; verify personnel security clearances; process personnel security investigation documents, review them for accuracy, and track submitted requests.
• Support the performance of administrative duties of a SAP Facility in accordance with DoDI 5205.11 and DoDM 5205.07, Volume 1‑4, and JSIG or current guidance, including submitting Program Access Requests (PARs), gaining and maintaining accreditation as required, and managing the self‑inspection program.
• Assist with a wide range of security management, analytical, technical, and support services for programs managed by DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, and the AFLCMC F/B Directorate and its specific programs.
• Ensure physical security standards are maintained and force protection conditions are met.
• Support the execution of the semiannual security inspection program, oversee the B‑2 security self‑inspection program, and assist with correcting deficiencies identified during inspections.
• Assist in performing random inspections of personnel work spaces for evidence of B‑2 security deviations and identifying corrective action training when required.

• Due to the sensitivity of customer‑related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Requires an active Top Secret clearance.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience performing full‑time DoD security functions or a bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of full‑time security.
• Shall be Level‑1 certified in the Defense Security Service (DSS), Security Professional Education Development Program. In lieu of certification, must demonstrate currency with other DSS training pertaining to information, personnel, industrial, and physical security programs through DSS.
• Shall be Security Fundamentals Professional Certification certified in the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Security Professional Education Development Program. In lieu of certification, must demonstrate currency with other DCSA training pertaining to information, personnel, industrial, and physical security programs through DCSA.
