As an Office Administrator at E-BI, you’ll be the organizational backbone supporting daily operations at our Beaverton (Portland-area) headquarters. This role ensures the smooth functioning of front-office operations—from managing visitor logistics and coordinating corporate communications to supporting internal teams—while fostering the high standards of professionalism and client care that define E-BI’s global reputation.
Key Responsibilities- Reception & Visitor Management
Greet and assist visitors to the office, manage badge issuance, and ensure security protocols are followed. Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare conference spaces with necessary materials. - Administrative & Clerical Support
Handle incoming communications (calls, mail, email), facilitate interoffice messaging, and manage essential document filing and log systems—such as visitor and supply logs. - Office Coordination & Supplies
Maintain inventory of office supplies and handle procurement requests. Organize office areas, oversee maintenance coordination, and ensure the workspace remains welcoming and efficient. - Meeting and Travel Support
Assist in planning internal meetings and events, including scheduling logistics and managing agendas. Support travel arrangements for team members when needed. - General Operations Support
Assist in onboarding for new staff, team communications, and ad-hoc projects that support the smooth operations of the office.
- Education & Experience
High‑school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in Business Administration or related field preferred. 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience expected. - Skills & Attributes
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with digital office tools.
- Professional demeanor—ability to manage confidential tasks discreetly and professionally.
- Adaptable team player, enthusiastic about supporting a fast‑paced global manufacturing environment.
