The Compliance Business Analyst within the Compliance Change Management (CCM) department is responsible for implementing compliance solutions to ensure adherence to evolving federal and state legislative requirements related to mortgage loan servicing activities. The CCM department collaborates with legal, licensing, internal controls, technology, and business units to establish effective policies, procedures, and system changes addressing compliance gaps.

The Business Analyst executes analysis and documents business and user needs for small to medium-sized projects related to compliance change initiatives, ensuring acceptance and sustainability by impacted units. The analyst must produce comprehensive project documentation to facilitate successful implementation within the Seterus environment and processes.

• Written and oral communication skills

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
• Intermediate knowledge of project management software (Microsoft Project or Work Front)
• Intermediate knowledge of defect tracking software (RQM)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience
• Minimum two years in the financial or a similar industry

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• At least 2 years of mortgage servicing experience
• Certifications such as CPBA or PMI-BA
