• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to create standardized workflows across the organization
• Redesign and implement best‑in‑class business processes, workflows, and data standards
• Document and maintain processes and procedures for training and reference
• Configure agency management systems and design reporting outputs
  
  Lead training efforts and support the development of client deliverables

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to refine the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of workflows and procedures
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to engage with cross‑functional teams

• Experience working with an agency management system
• Ability to challenge the status quo and recommend business process improvements
• Demonstrated commitment to achieving sustainable results through a bias for action
