Our client is seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented Senior Apparel Merchandise Planner who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. The ideal candidate combines analytical precision with creative problem-solving—able to turn complex data into actionable insights that shape strategy and drive results. This role is best suited for someone confident in presenting to senior stakeholders, managing ambiguity with poise, and leading initiatives that impact a globally recognized brand.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon area.

• Lead pre-season planning, in-season management, and monthly reforecasting for the men’s footwear business.
• Analyze large data sets to guide assortment, pricing, and inventory strategies that optimize profitability.
• Develop and communicate business stories through data, influencing decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with planning, buying, finance, and digital commerce teams to align inventory and sales objectives.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership for high-visibility initiatives in the sportswear category.
• Bachelor’s degree required (business or related field preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in merchandise, assortment, or retail planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with web-based planning tools (O9 experience a plus).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects independently with strong organization, accuracy, and curiosity.

Compensation:
Up to $42/hr. (DOE)
