Senior Apparel Product Testing Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly perceptive and collaborative Senior Apparel Product Testing Analyst to lead consumer-focused testing for innovative, close-to-body performance apparel. This role blends analytical rigor with emotional intelligence, requiring someone who can translate human experience into actionable product insights. The ideal candidate creates safe, inclusive testing environments while driving data-backed decisions that elevate fit, comfort, and performance.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

• Lead qualitative and quantitative product testing for body-conscious and performance-driven apparel.
• Facilitate respectful, inclusive wearer evaluations focused on fit, comfort, and real-world performance.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize consumer and athlete feedback into clear, actionable reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally with design, development, materials, and merchandising teams to influence product decisions.
• Evolve testing methods, recruiting strategies, and data practices to continuously improve insight quality.

• 6+ years of experience in consumer research, product testing, apparel performance, or related industries such as automotive or consumer goods.
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, data analysis, and test design.
• Proven ability to facilitate sensitive, body-conscious conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners through insight-driven storytelling.
• Experience using research, data, or project tools such as Qualtrics, SPSS, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
