Location: Beaverton, OR

• Lead the design and development of materials, palettes, and creative strategies for lifestyle and skateboarding apparel.
• Source and evaluate materials such as fabrics, knits, and textiles for women's and men's wear.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure alignment with seasonal creative direction and brand vision.
• Translate cultural and consumer insights into compelling product narratives and executions.
• Maintain hands-on involvement throughout the product creation process to ensure quality and relevance.
• Present design concepts and strategies effectively to stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Material Designer in apparel, focusing on textiles, leather, and fabrics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing material and color-heavy work, with a clear design process.
• Proficiency in digital design tools and CAD software.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong sense of style and understanding of lifestyle and skateboarding culture.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and adapt to different working styles.
