Job Details

Title: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Corporate

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Summary

Under limited supervision, process customer orders and resolve any manufacturing/shipping issues for the specified geographical territory.

Essential Position Functions
  • Enters data for order processing.
  • Communicates production information and availability to brokers and sales personnel.
  • Acts as a liaison between buyer/broker and internal departments.
  • Responds and documents customer feedback.
  • Answers multiple line phones.
Education and Experience
  • 5+ years of customer service experience is required.
Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities
  • Strong resolution capabilities.
  • Must be skilled in 10-key data entry by touch with speed and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills is required.
  • PC skills/basic Excel skills are required.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
  • Office environment.
  • Repetitive hand, wrist, and finger activities associated with computer work.
