Inside Sales And Customer Support Specialist
Big Foot Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales and Customer Support Specialist on behalf of an established client. This role blends warm lead outreach, customer support, and account coordination.
About the Role
You'll handle inbound inquiries and follow up with warm leads, making approximately 40–60 outbound calls per day alongside incoming calls, emails, and chat. You'll also manage customer requests, resolve support tickets, and coordinate with internal departments to keep things moving.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with warm leads by phone, email, and chat.
- Make approximately 40–60 outbound calls per day to understand customer needs and move opportunities forward.
- Manage customer questions, support tickets, and open requests through resolution.
- Coordinate with accounting and other departments on account questions, order details, and logistical needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records, activity notes, and follow-up tasks in Hub Spot.
- Balance multiple conversations while providing timely, accurate communication.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or account management.
- B2B customer experience and confidence communicating with business contacts.
- Strong phone, written communication, and customer service skills.
- Organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Experience using a CRM;
Hub Spot experience is preferred. - Comfort learning products, navigating systems, and working across departments.
Additional Experience That Helps
- Experience supporting industrial or product-based businesses.
- Familiarity with support tickets, order coordination, or logistical questions.
- Bilingual communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- $26.50 per hour, plus opportunities to earn performance-based commission.
- $28 per hour for bilingual candidates.
