- Educate patients on oral health and disease prevention.
- Perform periodontal assessments, radiographs, and preventive treatments.
- Document patient care and treatment plans.
- Partner with dentists and dental team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program (Associate degree or higher).
- Current Oregon Dental Hygienist License.
- Nitrous Oxide Permit.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI).
You are a compassionate, patient-centered clinician with strong communication skills and a passion for preventive care and patient education.
