This role designs innovative and stylish women's training footwear by combining consumer insights, design expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to bring performance-driven products from concept to market.

This role designs innovative and stylish women's training footwear by combining consumer insights, design expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to bring performance-driven products from concept to market.

Responsibilities
- Design innovative women's training footwear balancing style and performance.
- Collaborate across development, engineering, marketing, testing, and design functions.
- Present designs in formal and informal reviews throughout project development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, research, science, marketing, testing, sustainability, materials, costing).
- Work with various design groups (product, materials, color, graphics, computational).
- Report to the Senior Design Director and align with functional leaders across the organization.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Able to build accurate 2D technical drawings (tech packs).
- strong sketching, rendering, and illustration skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Cobbling/prototyping and 3D design experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of sustainable design/manufacturing is a plus.
- Experienced with presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or equivalent experience/training.
