Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR seeking an Expert Product Designer. This role focuses on supporting design teams in delivering seasonal projects aligned to creative direction and product briefs.

• Learn and experience the product creation process.
• Support design to deliver & execute seasonal projects, aligned to creative direction & project briefs.
• Assist in the creation of original product designs or refresh existing products with supervision from design leadership.
• Develop basic skills within the design creative process, including product and tech pack build creation, best practices, and development process.
• Understand and learn the creative process – timelines, gates, deadlines, and key meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of materials for communication and presentation of design concepts to internal and external audiences.
• Begin collaborating and building interpersonal connections with Design and adjacent functions:
  Design Triad, Development, Mentor, Operations, Product Merch, Sustainability.

• Design – Industrial Design in the footwear industry at an Expert level with experience in innovation and materials design.
• Communication – strong communication skills that can work across multiple cross‑functional partners, keeping leaders and working teams well‑informed on project progress.
• Project Management – self‑starter that doesn't need hand‑holding, knows general Footwear design and product creation processes, and can navigate complexity independently.
• Needs to come from a similar corporate footwear design experience.

The pay range is the lowest to the highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
