  • Support project teams through all phases of design and documentation, focusing on high-quality, accurate production work.
  • Update and refine drawing sets based on evolving project requirements and design developments.
  • Incorporate design revisions, redlines, and markups from architects and project managers into construction and permit documents.
  • Assist with preparation of construction documents, permit packages, and other project deliverables.
  • Coordinate closely with internal project team members to ensure consistency and alignment across all project documents.
  • Provide general production and drafting support for multiple ongoing projects, acting as a reliable, detail-oriented production resource.
  • Follow established standards, templates, and workflows to maintain consistency in documentation across projects.
  • Manage and organize project files and drawings to support efficient team collaboration and document retrieval.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment by maintaining accuracy and productivity with minimal supervision.

Essential

Skills:

  • Degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
  • Proficiency in Revit, with the ability to work efficiently and independently in a production-focused environment.
  • Experience producing architectural construction documents, preferably within professional or internship settings.
  • Ability to quickly understand and implement direction from architects and project managers.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when incorporating redlines and design revisions.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal project team members.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple drawings, document sets, and project files.
  • Ability to work onsite five days per week and maintain a consistent schedule.
  • Capacity to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time and contribute immediately to project production.

Additional Skills &

Qualifications:

  • 14 years of architectural experience, with openness to candidates in the 01 year range who demonstrate strong Revit skills.
  • Healthcare architecture project experience.
  • Commercial office and commercial construction project experience.
  • Experience supporting architects and project managers on active design and documentation efforts.
  • Experience incorporating design revisions, redlines, and markups into construction and permit documents.
  • Background in architectural design and drafting, including internships or junior designer roles.
  • Comfort working in a highly production-oriented role, focusing on drafting and documentation rather than conceptual design.
  • Recent architecture graduates and candidates with multiple architectural internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Motivation to serve as a reliable production resource and willingness to focus on detailed Revit and documentation work.
