As a Technician, your roleis crucial inmaintainingsmooth factory operations and ensuring the quality and efficiency of production processes.

Key responsibilities and dutieslisted below:

Shift :
Nights 1, Sun-Tue and alt Wed, 6pm-6am

Responsibilities:

• Dispositioning Lot Holds:
  
  You’llfollow recovery specifications to safely recover and dispose of discrepant material. This involves assessing the status of production lots and making informed decisions on their disposition.
• Assisting with Tool Failures/Interrupts:
  When equipment or tools encounter issues,you’llbe there to diagnose andassistin resolving any interruptions promptly.
  
  Working with Equipment Engineering Technicians closely on any handling or unrecoverable faults torecover production wafers from chambers.

• Adjusting Process Recipes/Sequences:
  
  You’llwork closely with process engineers to fine-tune process parametersattheir direction and verify process recipes/sequences. Attention to detail is critical here.

• Investigating Quality Events:
  When quality issues arise (such as defects or deviations),you’llcollect relevant data, quarantineimpactedlots, and setupmeasurement requests as needed.

• Direct Assistance to Process Engineering Team:
  
  You’ll collaborate directly with process engineers, providing hands‑on support for process developmentexperiments,process engineeringtroubleshootingon SPC OOCs/Defect Alerts/etc., anddata collection from Metrology tools/Process Tools.
• Partnering with Manufacturing and Equipment Technicians:
  As needed,you’llwork alongside manufacturing and equipment technicians to achieve operational goals within your assigned area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years in Diffusion/Wet Etch for familiarity with furnace or linear wet bench equipment
• Affinity for continuous learning
  
  Ability to work in fast paced environment with competing priorities and requests
• Strong Attention to detail

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $28 to $35.

• Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

• This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
