Join Concora Credit as a Financial Analyst to help drive our mission to enable customers to do more with credit.
Location:
Beaverton, OR. Hybrid schedule – onsite Monday through Wednesday.
- Develop, maintain, and update monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
- Build repeatable data pipelines and queries in Databricks to automate data extraction.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, dashboards, and KPIs for executive, department, and board review.
- Partner with department leads to understand operational drivers and develop accurate financial plans.
- Perform detailed variance analysis against budget and forecast; identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
- Develop and maintain curated financial datasets, tables, and views for budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and executive reporting.
- Enhance and streamline reporting processes, tools, and templates for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- 2+ years of experience in a financial analyst role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a Computer-Related field.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated skills in financial or data analysis.
- Ability to construct financial models and company projections.
- Quick learner with intellectual curiosity for dynamic and complex business environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self‑review work products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating with senior executives.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver results in a timely manner.
- Experience with financial services companies.
- SQL or database skills.
- Experience with VBA in MS Office.
