As a Corporate FP&A Director, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s mission to enable customers to do more with credit – every single day.
Location & ScheduleBeaverton, OR (hybrid; onsite Monday through Wednesday).
Responsibilities- Own conversion of detailed FP&A models into high‑level financial story and forward guidance for investors.
- Collaborate closely with Accounting and Tax to reconcile forward‑looking projections to GAAP and reflect corporate tax considerations.
- Prepare & manage corporate analytics packages, explain results, and update forecasts for senior leadership, investors, and board.
- Partner with senior executives to produce ad‑hoc financial models for scenario planning.
- Support development of the company’s operating plan, rolling re‑forecasts, and analyses required by third parties.
- At least 7 years in planning, forecasting, and analysis.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Experience in investment banking, public company reporting, corporate finance, consumer lending, and private equity planning.
- Advanced financial modeling, GAAP accounting principles, and public company reporting expertise.
- Knowledge of capital market structures, including asset‑backed securities.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex financial concepts to business leaders and board members.
