DescriptionThis position will be working 24 hours/week on weekdays day shift. Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team and is responsible for home care coordination. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more.

- Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart within 30 days of hire.
- Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License upon hire, or California Occupational Therapist Assistant License upon hire if working in this location.
- 1 year Experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.
