Caregiver​/Med Tech

Waterhouse Ridge Memory Care, located in Beaverton, OR is seeking a dedicated and passionate Care Partner to provide high-quality care to the residents in our community. Training available for qualified candidates.

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy.
• Provide personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc.
• Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
• Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follow standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Complete state-required training upon hire and annually.

• Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferably have one (1) year prior experience in Senior Living, as a Caregiver and/or Med Tech.
• Hold Tuberculosis (TB) and CPR certifications as required by the State.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.

• Full-Time and Part-Time
• Shifts Available:
• Day shift
• Evening/Swing shift
• NOC (overnight) shift
