Wellness Center Concierge

Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Wellness Center Concierge to work at a high‑profile wellness center located in Beaverton, OR
. The Concierge will be the first point of contact for all guests and clients, combining front desk and receptionist duties with the personalized service of a host and wellness guide.

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily calendar for services and staff.
• Host and escort guests through the recovery suite, explaining safe use of wellness equipment such as cryotherapy, red light therapy, cold plunge, sauna, and other modalities.
• Educate guests on wellness services and technology, offering thoughtful recommendations based on individual goals, preferences, and any contraindications.
• Ensure the recovery suite is clean, orderly, and stocked with necessary amenities such as towels, beverages, and recovery tools.
• Maintain guest records, including intake forms and service history, with strict attention to privacy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with wellness professionals and providers to ensure seamless guest experience and continuity of care.
• Upsell memberships, packages, and wellness products when appropriate.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and light administrative support as needed.

• Previous experience in hospitality, spa, fitness, or wellness setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional demeanor and appearance.
• Comfort and confidence in guiding guests through equipment use (training provided).
• Passion for wellness and interest in recovery, health technology, and guest service.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and work independently.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
