Physical Therapy Assistant – Providence Home Services Oregon

Schedule: Full Time, Days, 8am to 4:30pm, 5 times a week

Location: Servicing Portland and Beaverton area

Physical Therapy Assistants help provide therapeutic services and activities under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy, from an accredited program.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire.

$30.75 - $42.53 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
