. We are seeking a Part‑Time Life Enrichment Assistant to support our Memory Care residents through meaningful engagement, creativity, and connection. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with older adults and understands the importance of patience, empathy, and consistency in a memory care setting.

Schedule:

Wednesday to Friday, part‑time.

• Assist with planning and leading engaging activities tailored to residents living with dementia.
• Support individual and small‑group programs that promote dignity, joy, and quality of life.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with residents while honoring confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the Life Enrichment team to adapt activities to varying cognitive and physical abilities.
• Help create a calm, welcoming, and structured environment for residents.

• Experience working with seniors in a community‑based setting (senior living, memory care, adult day programs, or similar).
• Bonus:
  Experience supporting individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
• A warm, patient, and dependable approach.
• Creativity, flexibility, and a genuine interest in enriching the lives of older adults.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
