• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and guest corridors
• Assist guests with directions and other inquiries to ensure a positive experience
• Monitor and restock supplies such as towels and amenities; deliver requested items to guest rooms as needed
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate departments
• Support front desk staff with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold cleanliness standards in all assigned areas and ensure guest comfort

• Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service preferred but not required

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays
