This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Beaverton, Oregon. The successful candidate will manage the entire recruitment process, including attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet clients' staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic recruiting methods to identify and attract top talent.
• Post job openings on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, company website).
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone or in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Check references and administer background checks on candidates.
• Discuss compensation packages with candidates.
• Manage relationships with recruiting agencies and third-party recruiting resources.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive intelligence related to recruiting.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to deescalate issues when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in recruitment or staffing preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Positive and professional attitude with a passion for helping people find career opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
