Job Summary:

Russell Tobin, an apparel & fashion company, is seeking a Software Engineer 4 specializing in Qualtrics. The role involves managing stakeholder relationships, vendor management, and leading a Qualtrics transformation initiative within the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Qualtrics consultation on survey design and execution, including survey flow, question design, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and develop survey projects accordingly.
• Serve as a Qualtrics subject matter expert, conducting demos for client teams across the enterprise.
• Construct data pipelines using tools like Databricks and Snowflake, with Python and SQL (nice to have).
• Develop training programs for non-experienced Qualtrics users.
• Conduct project management activities such as scoping, scheduling, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Experienced software engineer with expertise in Qualtrics.
• Proven ability to consult on survey design and execution.
• Experience working with stakeholders to develop survey projects.
• Subject matter expert in Qualtrics, capable of conducting demos.
• Ability to develop training for new users.
• Experience in project management activities.

Preferred:

• Extensive experience with Qualtrics for survey design and data analysis.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with APIs, SQL, Python, and data engineering best practices.
• Ability to construct data pipelines with tools like Databricks and Snowflake.
