Job Description:Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused HW/SW Integration & Customer Support Engineer to serve as the primary technical liaison between our customers and internal engineering teams. This role is critical in ensuring seamless hardware/software integration, delivering exceptional support, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interface & Support:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding hardware/software integration and technical support.
- Provide remote and on‑site technical assistance, troubleshooting, and training as needed.
- Technical Expertise:
- Interact with positioning systems and motion controllers to support customer applications.
- Analyze and understand customer requirements to deliver tailored solutions and technical guidance.
- Perform hardware testing, validation, and troubleshooting based on customer use cases.
- Integration & Compatibility:
- Support integration of hardware with software platforms, ensuring system compatibility, reliability, and optimal performance.
- Documentation & Communication:
- Document test procedures, results, and issue resolutions for internal teams and customer reference.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product management teams to elevate and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to the enhancement of test methods, integration processes, and overall customer experience.
- Troubleshoot software issues and assist in designing and implementing bug fixes.

Education & Experience:Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Pay Range:$94,100.00 - $
Pay Range Explained:This role in Beaverton, Oregon pays between $94,100.00 and $ per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You'll also be eligible for quarterly profit‑sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
