• Leverage advanced analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from large and complex datasets.
• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and business trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into data‑driven solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and tools.
• Support strategic planning by providing data‑backed recommendations and forecasts.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency across various business functions.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong proficiency in SQL combined with expertise in Python or R.
• Demonstrated experience with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Proven ability in data analytics, with a strong understanding of consumer purchase data.
• Experience with database management is a nice‑to‑have.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting is a nice‑to‑have.
• The ability to craft compelling data stories is a nice‑to‑have.
• Familiarity with data automation processes is a nice‑to‑have.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.20 to $48.00 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
