Position: Sr .SAP ECC PP / IBP with Manufacturing

Mandatory Skills:
SAP ECC PP/IBP, Manufacturing Domain Exp, Minimum 9 years in SAP.

Job Description:

  • Work with remote groups such as Customer Technology, other Customer product teams, and/or departments to gather and document testing requirements from the business.
  • Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
  • Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products in collaboration with the product team.
  • Coordinate product testing processes and participate in product testing.
  • Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems; facilitate solutions to these issues.
  • Review client, customer, and user feedback.
  • Coordinate and communicate functional requirements of business unit and technical solutions with IT capability resources by designing and documenting test plans.
  • Conform to standards, processes, and policies. Apply global process standards to regional technology solutions.
  • Participate in the development of project testing plan/timeline. Provide input into project management.
  • Communicate testing status to management. Participate in change management at department and end user level.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of best practices in SAP business processes for production planning, demand/capacity planning, and advanced planning solutions.
  • Proven experience with SAP ECC PP module and master data required.
  • Experience in SAP IBP preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business and operational processes related to the Apparel/Footwear end-to-end product value chain and development processes, Innovation through Direct Manufacturing.
  • Advanced understanding of Agile and Product principles and methodologies and how they are applied in workplace culture.
  • Effective collaboration and relationship management.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally. Experience resolving issues with higher levels of management.
  • Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively, coupled with the ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Proven track record of being self-directed, results-oriented with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals despite ambiguity and multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience.
  • Direct experience in a multi-site Manufacturing Environment.
