Are you someone who knows your way around Microsoft software, enjoys working on concurrent IT projects, possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, and can deliver a high level of customer service? We want to talk to you.

Key Abilities
  • Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 email migrations.
  • Microsoft 365 and Azure Tenant creation, transfers, administration, provisioning, and support.
  • Windows Server and Desktop proficiencies.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Hyper‑V and other hypervisors.
  • Administration, setup, and configuration of:
    Active Directory, Group Policy, Roles, DNS, DHCP migration.
  • Server hardware familiarity, including Dell iDRAC and HP iLO controllers.
  • Experience working in a project‑oriented environment.
  • Troubleshooting Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, services, and roles.
  • Installation and migration of Windows Server (supporting 2012 R2 and newer).
  • Knowledge and understanding of backup and storage terminology.
  • Entry‑level administration of backup and storage solutions.
  • Communication with project managers, sales representatives, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn and be coachable.
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to pre‑defined project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and high level of accountability.
  • Motivated, driven, and collaborative.
  • Continuous research for more efficient solutions.
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders:
    Project Coordinator, Sales Engineers, and Customers.
  • Willingness to travel and be onsite for delivery, cut‑over, and onboarding operations.
  • Thorough documentation mindset.
Required Skills
  • Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred) with at least 2 years of professional IT experience or related field.
  • General knowledge of network terminology and concepts.
  • Experience supporting users with Windows 10/11 and other mainstream Microsoft applications.
  • Experience managing Office 365 or other cloud‑based solutions such as Google Suite.
  • Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
  • Create and implement Group Policies.
Preferred Skills
  • MSP experience.
  • Azure Cloud Fundamentals.
  • Basic SQL administration.
  • Network+ certification.
  • Experience with migration tools such as Sky Kick or Exchange Migration Tool.
