We are searching for a Contract Product Logistics Lead for our sportswear industry client. In this position, you’ll operationalize inventory within a space that serves all categories, functions, and geographies over the full lifecycle of the product—reducing chase time, minimizing loss, and ensuring every product finds its place.

As Product Logistics Lead
, you will:

• Lead and coordinate daily team operations to meet logistics objectives.
• Steward product through its lifecycle—from delivery receipt to on-campus distribution.
• Serve as the product librarian, managing check-in/out, organization, and retrieval.
• Create shipping inventories and commercial invoices, ensuring product security.
• Coordinate returns post-production and maintain accurate inventory balances.
• Identify and resolve issues, elevate risks, and document process improvements.
• Maintain SOPs, train team members, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

• 3+ years’ experience in shipping, receiving, customer service, retail, or stockroom environments.
• 1+ year of leadership experience preferred.
• Excel proficiency required; familiarity with Airtable, Tableau, SAP, Keynote, and WMS systems a plus.
• Strong collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work on-site Monday–Thursday.

• Schedule: 4 days/week, Monday–Thursday
• Location: Beaverton, OR (on-site only)
