About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and visualizations. This contract role involves collaborating with internal teams to translate business needs into user-friendly Tableau solutions that align with corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design and build insightful Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Prepare and integrate data from multiple sources (databases, cloud, flat files).
- Develop and optimize data models and calculations within Tableau.
- Improve dashboard performance and resolve bottlenecks.
- Apply data visualization and UX best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data governance and security compliance.
- Document solutions and provide training/support.
- Lead by example and mentor team members.
- 5+ years of Tableau development experience.
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience with structured, maintainable coding and deployment processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
