We Are Looking For
- The Insights Senior Analyst, Last Mile Transportation is part of the Capacity, Performance, and Planning (CPP) team within North America Trade & Transportation’s team. This role is responsible for analyzing and extracting insights from last mile transportation data including transactional data, shipping costs, and forecasting. This role is essential to ensuring that North America Transportation leverages analytics to optimize marketplace service and efficiency and supports Client’s Supply Chain and Marketplace Strategy.
The Senior Analyst partners closely with other NA Trade & Transportation (T&T) teams to provide visibility to key operational metrics, supports sourcing events and works closely with supply chain capability development organization and cross functional peers. - We’re seeking an analytical and driven individual who can excel in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to navigate ambiguity, think critically, manage competing priorities, and drive results with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
- Descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics experience with complex, unrefined data using a variety of analytical and statistical toolsets, examples include SQL, Python, Alteryx, R, or other data manipulation/mining tools
- Expertise in data cleaning, transformation, and integration processes, ensuring that data is structured appropriately and ready for analysis.
