On-Site Customer Tech Copier Support at Pacific Office Automation

We are looking for an experienced technician to join our Remote MFP Support team at a local office in Oregon, Idaho, Washington or Utah. Problem solvers who are detail‑oriented and capable of multi‑tasking are especially encouraged to apply.
EssentialJob Duties
- Use software to remotely access client computers to troubleshoot and diagnose customer network connectivity on multi‑functional devices such as copiers and scanners.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, etc. to gather information for troubleshooting.
- Work closely with sales representatives, customers, and field technicians to resolve network related problems.
- Be an active member of a fun, growing, and dynamic department focused on providing the highest level of customer success.
- 0–2 years of experience working with TCP‑IP networking.
- Some computer knowledge mixed with a willingness and capability to learn.
- Natural problem‑solving ability combined with a passion for fantastic customer service.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts such as VPN, routing, ports, TCP/IP, network analysis tools.
- Network+ or A+ certifications a plus.
- Experience providing technical support to users of Windows 10, Server, macOS, and other mainstream applications.
