As a Dev Ops Engineer, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s mission to enable customers to do more with credit every single day.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a scalable, secure infrastructure for rapid development and deployment, aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Implement and manage monitoring and observability systems for real‑time visibility into infrastructure and application health.
  • Leverage full‑stack or application development experience to bridge development and operations, improving tooling, developer experience, and deployment velocity.
  • Work with edge network and CDN solutions such as Cloudflare to implement caching, WAF rules, DDoS protection, and traffic routing.
  • Drive Dev Sec Ops  practices by incorporating security controls (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning) into build and deployment pipelines.
  • Support CI/CD for mobile app development (iOS and Android), including build automation, signing, store deployment, and crash‑analytics integration.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and identify opportunities for disruptive innovation.
  • Automate testing to ensure system and application reliability throughout the lifecycle.
  • Specialize in .NET‑based application deployment and management.
  • Lead cloud migrations from on‑premises to Azure, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal configurations.
  • Develop containerization strategies with Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployment.
  • Optimize Azure costs by continuously monitoring and improving financial efficiency.
  • Apply web development knowledge to align Dev Ops practices with web application needs.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse teams and foster collaboration.
  • Build a positive, supportive work environment that empowers team members.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of directly relevant experience.
  • Proven track record designing, building, and managing large‑scale cloud solutions.
  • Extensive expertise with infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation, and Bicep.
  • Deep knowledge of Azure cloud and related certifications (AZ‑300/301/303/304/400/500).
  • Strong background in Terraform, ARM, and Ansible for IaC.
  • Experience architecting, designing, and deploying applications within cloud environments.
  • Proficiency with containerization, Kubernetes, Helm, and service mesh technologies.
  • Expertise integrating SAST, DAST, and security scanning tools into Dev Ops pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of edge network platforms like Cloudflare and CDN optimization.
  • Strong scripting skills (Power Shell, Bash, Python) and hands‑on troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipeline management, including application delivery, data pipelines, and security as code.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Active interest in leveraging AI and Dev Ops convergence to foster innovation.
